Judging

 Award Criteria  Suggested Evidence
 1. Intent Provide information and/or examples of why you or your organisation undertook the described activities. What is the purpose?
 2. Actions Provide information and/or examples of what you or your organisation has done.
 3. Outcomes Provide information and/or examples of your and your organisation's results. How did this benefit others?
 4. Excellence  What is it about your work that stands you out from the crowd? What makes this so unique?

Each criterion will be scored out of 5. The nomination will then be given an overall assessment out of 20.

Please note: Where a nominee is a group or organisation, consideration will be given to the size and complexity of the organisation and the resourcing available. Judges may award up to two recipients in each category: for example, one award to an individual and the second to an organisation.
