The Real Future of Work (and how to respond) was a three-part program combining expert presenters, workshop discussion and a concluding webinar, delivered over a month from early April to early May 2021.

Part 1: Pre-Recorded Presentations

Shift: An overview of the future labour market in Australia and where work is realistically likely to be – presenter Adam Boyton, National Skills Commissioner, Australian Government.

Hope: Reinforcing the message that practitioners are in a vital and positive role in society. Assisting practitioners to find ways to instil hope & optimism in their clients about the future – presenter Dr Spencer Niles, co-founder of the Hope Centred Career Group (international).

Craft: Practical tools, examples and learnings of how practitioners and their clients can be creative and innovative towards seeking and finding rewarding work – presenter Liane Hambly, director of Creative Career Coaching (UK).

Part 3: Concluding Webinar
